Located near La Rochelle, in Lagord (with Arlette), this accommodation is just a 10-minute drive from the Old Port and the Ile de Ré. Situated in a quiet house, guests can enjoy a pleasant and relaxing stay. The house offers three tastefully decorated guest rooms.

The first room, called the White House, can accommodate 1 to 3 people and features a single bed, a comfortable sofa bed, a wardrobe, a writing table with chair and armchair, and a private bathroom with a shower, sink, and storage unit.

The second and third rooms, the blue bedroom and the pink bedroom, can be connected to form a family suite. Each room is equipped with a 140 cm bed, an office, and a cabinet. The separate bathroom, featuring a shower, and the toilet are shared between these two rooms.

Guests also have access to a garden. All rooms are non-smoking and pets are not allowed.

A delicious breakfast, consisting of hot drinks, orange juice, pastries, bread, jams, cereals for children, and more, is served in the spacious veranda.

Parking is available and there are bike trails that lead to Lagord, La Rochelle (10 minutes away), and the Ile de Ré (20 minutes away). There is also a shuttle bus to the city. Additionally, Lagord Tennis Golf, an 18-hole golf course, is located just 4 kilometers away in Marsilly.

The rates for a week-long stay, including breakfast, are as follows: 350€ for one person, 385€ for two people, and 490€ for three people.

For one-night stays, the rates, including breakfast, are 55€ for one person, 60€ for two people, and an additional 15€ for an extra bed. There is also a 10€ supplement for single-night stays.

From April 1 to September 30, there is a tourist tax of 0.42€ per night and per person over the age of 10.
