Welcome to Gite au GARDEN, a charming cottage located in the picturesque town of Meilhan sur Garonne. Situated halfway between Bordeaux and Agen, this former tobacco dryer, attached to the owners' house, offers a tranquil and relaxing retreat. Nestled within a beautiful flower garden, you will have direct access to the canal, providing endless opportunities for walking, cycling (bikes available for loan), and canoeing.Perfect for accommodating up to 6 people, with the option to extend to 6/8 people with an additional bed. The cottage boasts an area of 84 m² and features a spacious wooden terrace of 20m². Inside, you will find a large bedroom with a canopy double bed (160x200), another bedroom with a double bed and a mezzanine with two single beds. The cottage also includes private toilet facilities and two private bathrooms with walk-in showers. The living room is cozy and inviting, and the kitchen is fully equipped with three gas burners and an oven, a coffee maker, kettle, and fridge.
Please note that smoking is not allowed inside the house.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans ce gîte au milieu d'un jardin magnifique. Un vrai havre de paix!

Location: The Réole is located just 10 minutes from Marmande and 45 minutes from Bordeaux-Agen via the A62 motorway (exit 10). Additionally, the Basin of Arcachon, the Ocean, and Saint Emilion are also easily accessible from this location.
