Description:

Description for Gite

Welcome to our lovely and comfortable apartment located in the historic center, close to all amenities but tucked away on a quiet street. This unique 1-bedroom apartment features a king-size bed and a large sofa bed in the lounge.

While the apartment is spacious enough for 2 people, the double sofa bed can accommodate an additional 2 people. However, please note that there is only 1 bathroom, which is en suite, so the extra 2 people will have to go through the bedroom. Please keep this in mind when booking for 3 or 4 people.

The en suite bathroom is spacious and fitted with clean modern fixtures. The fully fitted kitchen has everything you need for self-catering, and there is a spacious lounge with a dining area.

One of the highlights of this apartment is its unique views over Rue des Litanies, as it bridges over the street. The apartment has been completely renovated in January 2014, retaining its original character while offering modern fixtures for comfort and convenience. Additionally, there is another apartment above, so families and friends can book both apartments and enjoy their holiday together (Ref: 1439318 Maison sur Larc).

Pezenas is a vibrant and creative community nestled among vineyards and sunflower fields. The calendar is filled with numerous events throughout the year. The lovely beaches on the south coast are just 25 minutes away, as well as the National Park of the High Languedoc, perfect for walking, cycling, or visiting historic and beautiful villages. Montpellier is only 50 minutes away.

Upon arrival, a €300 damages deposit is required. Rest assured, a warm welcome awaits you.
