On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator. There is also a large living room with a cozy fireplace, comfortable sofa, chair, TV, and furniture. Additionally, there is a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a laundry room with a washing machine.

Moving upstairs, there is a bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet. The first bedroom offers a comfortable double bed (140), while the second bedroom has two twin beds (90). There are also two additional bedrooms, each furnished with a single bed (90). A cot is also available for guests with infants.

Outside, you can enjoy a lovely garden with a parasol, sunbeds, and a barbecue.

Directions

To reach the "gîte de Navarre" from Caen, follow these revised travel directions: Head southeast on the D613 (Route de Paris) for approximately 14km. Upon reaching Vimont, make a right turn onto the D47 (Route de St Pierre sur Dives) and continue until you reach a roundabout. Take the D80 on the right and drive for 2km, then turn left towards the chapel of Beneauville (D232). After driving for 800m, you will spot the "gîte de Navarre" on your left.
