Welcome to our charming gite in the beautiful region of Brittany! This cozy 33 m2 accommodation is perfect for a couple and is conveniently located just 7 km from the stunning Pink Granite coast, including the popular towns of Perros-Guirec and Ploumanach.

Situated in a peaceful residential area, our gite offers a tranquil and green environment. With garden-level access and an independent entrance, you will have complete privacy during your stay. Take advantage of the BBQ, garden table, and chairs to enjoy outdoor dining in the lovely surroundings.

Convenience is key, as our gite is only 300 m away from shops and 600 m from the town center. The train station is just 1 km away, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. If you're arriving by ferry, the Roscoff terminal is 60 km (1 hour) away, while the St Malo terminal is 120 km (2 hours) away.

Inside the gite, you will find a comfortable sitting-room and a well-equipped kitchenette with a fridge, hob, and microwave oven. The bathroom features a shower stall and two wash basins, and there are separate toilets for your convenience. The cozy bedroom offers a comfortable bed (160x200) and there is a TV and wifi internet access for your entertainment.

We are happy to provide beddings during your stay and you will also have access to a washing machine and iron if needed.

Our gite is available for weekly rentals and requires a 25 percent deposit payable by bank transfer.

There is no shortage of activities to enjoy nearby. From swimming and sailing to scuba diving and fishing, there is something for everyone. Golf enthusiasts can find courses nearby, and tennis and horse riding facilities are also available. For some relaxation, indulge in thalassotherapy or try your luck at the casino. If you're in the mood for entertainment, there are cinemas and discos in the area as well.

Don't miss out on the breathtaking sandy beaches of the Pink Granite coast, perfect for leisurely walks along coastal paths. Take a boat trip to the stunning seven islands reserve or visit the aquarium of Tregastel. Pleumeur Bodou offers the unique Telecomunications Center with its radôme and museum, as well as a planetarium and a charming "village gaulois". And of course, you can't leave Brittany without indulging in some delicious crepes and fresh seafood at the local Breton creperies.
