Our site's location offers a unique opportunity to explore the rich historical heritage of Fouras and Charente, including the renowned Vauban architecture. Additionally, you will have a chance to visit the iconic Fort Boyard and Fort Enet, as well as the picturesque tourist islands of Aix, Oléron, Ré, and Mrs. For nature enthusiasts, the stunning Marais Poitevin in the inland Charente is also within reach.

Accommodation: Our property can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. It is a non-smoking environment and has easy walking access. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, 4-gas burner hob, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and double sinks. The living room features a dining table with 6 chairs, a sideboard, a sofa bed, and a TV. There are 3 bedrooms: the first one has a double bed (140x190), bedside table, and wardrobe; the second has two single beds (90x190), bedside table, and wardrobe; and the third has bunk beds (90x190), bedside table, and wardrobe. The bathroom includes an enclosed shower, two toilets, and two sinks.

You can also enjoy a private garden of 100 m2 with outdoor seating.

Practical Information: All necessary shops can be found in the center of Fouras, with Rochefort only 12km (10 minutes) away and La Rochelle 20km (25 minutes) away.

Sports and Leisure: In Fouras, you can take advantage of the 4 beaches, tennis courts (both open and covered), sailing schools for adults and children, a beach club for children, windsurfing, sky surfing, mini-golf, fishing, and various hiking and biking trails. Nearby, there are swimming pools with games in Chatelaillon (10km) and Périgny (15km), as well as indoor and outdoor options in Rochefort and La Rochelle. If you're a golf enthusiast, there is a golf course in St. Laurent de la Pre (7km) and equestrian centers in Yves (12km) and La Jarne (20km).
