Boasting a southern exposure, the cottage is attached to the main building.The first floor encompasses a spacious living room measuring 50m², complete with a modern kitchen, a dining area, and a comfortable lounge. This floor also features a delightful terrace spanning 20m², perfect for enjoying the surrounding views. Additionally, there is a convenient toilet on this level.
Ascending to the second floor, you will find three inviting bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed and includes an en-suite shower room. The remaining two bedrooms are equipped with two single beds each. Completing this floor are a bathroom and another separate toilet with a shower.
