Welcome to our charming 19th century Perigord House, nestled in the heart of a 15-hectare old farm. With its private pond for fishing and surrounded by lush greenery, this tranquil and serene retreat is perfect for a relaxing holiday close to nature.

Situated just 1 km away from the village of Maurens, where you can find groceries, bread, a bar-tabac, and a hairdresser, our character stone house offers spacious and carefully furnished accommodation. The kitchen is equipped with brand new household electronic equipment, a large capacity fridge, and a baby chair.

The 30 m² living room boasts a cozy fireplace, a TV, and a DVD player for your entertainment. The sleeping arrangements include one bedroom with a double bed (140) and a cot, another bedroom with a bed (120) for 1 or 2 people, and an additional bed (80) for one person. There is also a third bedroom with a double bed (140), a single bed (90), and a pull-out bed (80) for one person.

The bathroom features a shower, and there is a separate toilet for your convenience. We provide bed linen, toilet linen, and towels, and all beds will be made upon your arrival.

Outside, you can relax on the covered terrace and enjoy the beautiful views, or have a barbecue with our provided garden furniture. For those who enjoy outdoor activities, there are plenty of opportunities for excursions on foot or by bike. Nearby, you'll find kayaking, horseback riding, and even a water park.
