La Belladona is a spacious villa with a building surface of 627 m², spread out over two floors. The ground floor can accommodate up to 15 people and features a variety of rooms. The entrance hall is a generous 75 m² and leads to a large dining room capable of seating 32 guests. The fully-equipped kitchen includes modern appliances such as a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, ceramic hobs, microwave ovens, and a refrigerator with freezer. There is also a dining area within the kitchen for 12 people. Adjacent to the kitchen is a 25 m² cellar with traditional wine racks. The first living room is decorated with period furniture and offers entertainment options including a hi-fi system, 40’’ flat screen TV, satellite, MP3, DVD, and DivX. Additionally, there are three bathrooms on the ground floor: one located between the kitchen and the first living room, and two at the back of the house. On the right-hand side of the entrance hall, there are three bedrooms, each with a different sleeping arrangement. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and two single beds, while Bedroom 2 features two double beds. Bedroom 3 offers a double bed and a single bed, as well as an en suite bathroom with accessible facilities. Bedroom 4 also has two double beds and an en suite bathroom. The house also includes a 55 m² game room with a foosball table, pool table, and other games. A stone veranda dining area with a barbecue is located on the right side of the main house, and a separate outdoor WC is nearby. Moving to the upper floor, which can accommodate 17 people, there are four bedrooms situated on both sides of the landing. On the right-hand side, Bedroom 5 has two double beds and a single bed, while Bedroom 6 has a double bed and two single beds, as well as an en suite bathroom. On the left-hand side, Bedroom 7 has two double beds and a single bed, while Bedroom 8 offers a double bed and a single bed, along with an en suite bathroom.
