We offer a specially equipped ground floor apartment to cater to guests with reduced mobility and special needs. Our apartment includes the following facilities: cesure locking systems with an RFID lock for added security, air conditioning with anti-allergy filters in all apartments, free Wi-Fi, daily cleaning service, communal gardens and terrace, a breakfast room, and amenities for children such as a baby cot, pram, and car seat.

We also provide a delicious breakfast option for only 4,50€ per person. We believe in the importance of breakfast and our menu includes a variety of items such as artisanal breads, filter coffee, espresso, different types of tea, homemade preserves, including fig, pumpkin, raspberry, and strawberry, traditional quince jelly, homemade cakes and pastries, a selection of cured meats and cheeses, yogurt (natural and fruit flavored), breakfast cereals, and fresh seasonal fruit.

These apartments are situated in a historic building that is approximately 140 years old. In 2014, the building underwent a meticulous restoration process, staying true to its original design and preserving its distinctive elements. These include the beautiful pine floor boards, which stretch an impressive 5-7 meters in length and are 20 centimeters wide. The apartments boast high ceilings adorned with meticulously crafted plasterwork and whitewashed finishes. Additionally, the solid wood doors, skirting, and wall coverings showcase the building's elegance and charm, with granite stone and solid wood accents throughout. The interior staircase has been fully restored using high-quality hardwoods, with the ceilings finished in pristine white plaster. Rest assured, the apartments have been designed to provide all the modern comforts you expect.
