Petite halte très agréable au calme ; le petit déjeuner est copieux et ses ingrédients bios nous ont bien aidés à démarrer la journée ! Merci aussi pour tous les bons conseils et plans indiqués...

we dans un cadre idyllique, en pleine nature, au calme. Le domaine de la Loge permet de faire un break total. Un accueil très agréable et familiale, la propriétaire est d'une très grande gentillesse, disponible avec de très bons conseils aussi bien au niveau de la connaissance de sa région (histoire, visites ..) que pour les bons plans gastronomiques. Chambre simple, propre, confortable. La salle commune est très conviviale et permet de se reposer, jouer et boire une boisson chaude à disposition. Le must est le petit déjeuner bio, fait maison, copieux : un vrai régal....Vivement notre prochain séjour.

Directions to Domaine de La Loge:
To get to Domaine de La Loge, which is located halfway between Poncins and Montverdun on highway A72, follow these steps:
1. Take the exit at Feurs when driving on highway A72.
2. Once off the highway, take the left turn towards Boën.
3. After crossing over the highway, take a left towards Poncins.
4. Follow the road until you reach the village of Poncins.
5. Cross the village of Poncins and, after passing the Town Hall, take a right turn towards Montverdun.
6. Continue on this road for approximately 3.5 km. You will pass landmarks such as "The Perrichon," a farm on the right, and an area of undergrowth.
7. Look out for a small blue sign indicating the entrance to Domaine de La Loge, just as you exit the woods on the right. Note that the house may not be visible until the last moment.
8. Parking is indicated by a sign stating "Gîtes de France" on the pillar of the portal.
If you are arriving from Montbrison, follow these modified directions:
1. Take the Montbrison Exit from the north (Boën) and head towards "Saint-Paul Uzore" and "The Built d'Urfe."
2. Continue towards "La Bastie d'Urfe" after crossing St. Paul Uzore.
3. The road will wind through the countryside until you reach a "Stop" sign where you cannot go straight. Take a left turn towards "La Bastie d'Urfe."
4. After 1.3 km, you will encounter a Y-shaped junction. Do not take the road towards "Montverdun" and continue for another 1 km.
5. At the next junction (St. Clement), turn right following the arrow indicating "B & B The Lodge" (*).
6. After 1.7 km, you will see the house on the left with the Gîtes de France badge on the second gate. Be careful not to confuse it with the sign for the blue place called "The Lodge" on the right after crossing.
7. You will notice a red brick studio under construction from a distance. Pass the second row of cypress trees and the main house to reach the gate.
For those starting from Montverdun:
1. From the place called "The Lodge," follow the arrow in front of the Café and join the previous route at the junction of St. Clement (*).
2. Continue straight ahead, following the direction indicated by two panels.
Important Information about Domaine de La Loge:
- Domaine de La Loge is located halfway between Saint Etienne and Roanne.
- It is also halfway between Feurs and Boën.
- The latitude coordinates are 45° 43' 05.
- The longitude coordinates are 04° 07' 05.
- Domaine de La Loge is a 3-star cottage recommended by the Backpacker Route Poncins Montverdun.
