The available room for rent has a boat cabin style and is located next to the bathroom. It offers a cozy and intimate atmosphere with a small sliding door that opens to a private garden. The room is equipped with double glazing to ensure a quiet environment. It features three different types of lighting, a night table, two 220V outlets, an office with a chair, door hangers, and coat hooks. Please note that there are three steps to enter the room, so it may not be suitable for disabled guests. Sheets and towels are provided, and there is WIFI available.

The shared spaces include an American kitchen that is fully equipped for you to cook at any time. There is a comfortable lounge area with a stove and a large TV-screen for your entertainment. Outside, there is a wooden deck with furniture, chairs, and a plancha for outdoor cooking. The bathroom has a wooden corner bath, and there is a separate ventilated toilet.

The rates for the room are $38 per night for one person for stays of two nights or more. For a week, from Monday to Friday, the rate is $180 for five nights. For one-night stays, the rate is $42 for one person. Please note that the room is not suitable for long stays, as it resembles a cabin on a spaceship. However, it may be suitable for short stays. The rate for two people per night is $45.
