Enjoy a memorable stay with your family or friends at our spacious 200m² house, beautifully restored with a blend of old-world charm and contemporary style. With accommodation for up to 18 people, including two bedrooms, a dorm, and the option to rent a charming trailer during the summer months, we provide ample space for everyone.

Relax and rejuvenate in our sauna chalet, exclusive for our guests, or take a refreshing dip in the large private swimming pool (5*10m). Immerse yourself in nature as you explore our 15 acres of wood and meadows, complete with a picturesque fishpond. Feel free to bring your camping materials and enjoy the serene surroundings.

For some friendly competition, try your hand at bowling on our petanque court. We warmly welcome pets to join in on the fun too.

Hosting a private event? Our 62m² hall is perfect for special occasions, with ample private parking space for up to 50 cars. Located just 2 hours from Paris, our tranquil retreat offers a 500m² courtyard with a lush lawn, ensuring a peaceful and secluded setting. Directions

Directions from Paris:

1. Begin by taking either the A6 or N118 to reach the A10.
2. Take the A10 and continue until you reach the A11 motorway.
3. At kilometer 228, take exit number 11 (Durtal).
4. After exiting the toll booth, you will come across a roundabout. Take the right side towards Durtal.
5. Keep going straight until you reach a T intersection. Turn right towards Baugé.
6. Follow the road, passing a castle on your right and crossing a bridge.
7. After approximately 200 meters from the bridge, you will see a hotel/restaurant called "La Boule d’or" on the left.
8. Immediately after the hotel, turn left to continue in the direction of Baugé.
9. About 1.5 kilometers ahead, turn left to follow the signs for "les Rairies".
10. Stay on this road, passing through "les Rairies" and entering a small woodland area.
11. After a few kilometers, you will come across a ranch called "ferme du Tertre" on the left. Keep going.
12. After the ranch, take the second road on the right, approximately 500 meters from the ranch.
13. Continue on this road for 500 meters, even when it curves to the left.
14. "The Petite Richardière" will be the first house on the left side.
