On the ground floor, there is a spacious dining room and living room (55 m²) with a fireplace and television. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooking area, 2 refrigerators, dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven, microwave, hotplates, and dinnerware for 20 people. Additionally, there is a telephone available for use. The ground floor also includes a WC with a sink.

On the upper floor, there are 5 bedrooms. Two bedrooms have a double bed (140 cm), one bedroom has two single beds (90 cm), one bedroom has three single beds (90 cm), and one bedroom has a double bed (140 cm) and two single beds (90 cm). Each bedroom is equipped with a washbasin. The upper floor also has 2 separate WCs and 3 shower facilities.

Directions

Buxeuil is a charming wine-making village located on the Coast of the Bar, in the Champagne region. It is situated 40 km south of Troyes, accessible via the Bar on the Seine road. To reach Buxeuil, take the N22 highway and follow the signs towards Bar on the Seine. Once in Bar on the Seine, turn left at the traffic light and continue on the RD671 towards Dijon. After 7 km, take a left onto the RD971, which will lead you to Buxeuil. The Grape-pickers basket is conveniently located near the City Hall on N20bis main street, with a warm welcome awaiting you at N18 main street.

If you prefer to travel by train, the journey ends at the Troyes terminus, where you can catch a bus to Buxeuil. Look for the Troyes-Châtillon on the Seine line for this connection.
