This spacious cottage measures 143 m2 and can accommodate up to 6 people with its three large bedrooms. It is situated at 4 Aillianville road in Lafauche, offering a separate guest room for added privacy.

This charming stone cottage boasts traditional features such as exposed beams and is conveniently located at the base of Lafauche Castle. The stunning views of the surrounding nature make for a remarkable setting. The authentic atmosphere of this place creates a perfect environment for relaxation and rejuvenation. Everything has been carefully arranged to ensure comfort both inside and outside the house.

On the ground floor, you will find a fully-equipped kitchen and dining area, a cozy living room with a fireplace, two bedrooms (one with a queen-sized bed and the other with two single beds), a shower room, and a toilet. Additionally, there is a veranda furnished with garden furniture, perfect for enjoying the outdoors.

Outside, there is a terrace with more garden furniture and a barbecue, providing an ideal spot for al fresco dining. On the upper floor, there is a mezzanine with a lounge area and another bedroom with a queen-sized bed. The cottage also offers a private garden with a library, as well as the option to use the adjacent orchard for more space. Private and secure parking is available.

Nous avons passé une semaine extraordinaire dans ce superbe gîte où rien ne manque, pièces vastes, véranda avec vue magnifique sur la campagne, très bien équipé et calme. La propriétaire est super sympathique et pleine d'attentions pour ses hôtes. Nous reviendrons. Brigitte du Rhône
