Description:

Description for B&B:

La Villa Celine, located in the heart of St. Laurent de la Cabrerisse on the D613, is easily accessible. Named after Madame Celine Anna Peron and constructed in the late 19th century, this charming villa offers a comfortable and convenient stay.

Upon entering the ground floor, guests will find a porch with beautiful stained glass doors that lead to the hallway. To the right, there is a twin bedroom with a modern en-suite. On the left side of the hallway, the breakfast room awaits, featuring original stained glass French doors that open onto the terrace and rear garden. The rest of the ground floor consists of a well-equipped kitchen and a secure room for guest luggage.

A wide, shallow staircase leads to the first floor landing, where three additional guest bedrooms are located - two at the front and one at the rear of the house. Each double bedroom is spacious enough to accommodate two additional single beds if necessary. All bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms and retain many of their original features.

The large walled garden at the rear of the villa offers ample parking space for three cars without obstructing the view of the swimming pool. With the abundance of amenities available in St. Laurent, La Villa Celine is an ideal choice for a short getaway or an annual vacation.

The picturesque village of Lagrasse is just 11.5 kilometers away, and the renowned Michelin 3-star restaurant, Auberge du Vieux Puits, is a mere 13 kilometers from Villa Celine. The historic Abbaye de Fontfroide, the animal reserve at Sigean, and the vibrant city of Narbonne are within easy reach, located 19, 23, and 30 kilometers away respectively.
