Welcome to Villa Charlotte, located in the heart of PORNICHET's downtown area. This charming villa is only 250 meters away from the beach and spa, and is surrounded by vibrant shops and the bustling city atmosphere. The Villa Charlotte proudly holds the CLEVACANCES label and accepts Holiday checks for your convenience.This villa can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people and offers a range of amenities, including a fully-equipped kitchen with a cooking tray, washing dish, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, senseo machine, kettle, grill bread, dishes, and utensils. The dining area features a modern table and chairs, while the living room provides a cozy space with a sofa, cabriolets, coffee table, furniture, TV, and hi-fi system. The bathroom includes a spacious shower cabin and a washbasin, and there is an additional independent bathroom.
Upstairs, you will find the first bedroom with a double bed, bedside table, and wardrobe, as well as the second bedroom with two bunk beds and a sleeping loft, along with a wardrobe. The villa also offers a patio terrace with garden furniture for your outdoor meals, a plancha for your grilling needs, and deckchairs for relaxation.
Additional equipment provided includes an iron and ironing board, clotheshorse, and central heating. During the winter period from October to May, there will be a meter reading for the central heating usage. Linen is included in your stay, with beds already made upon your arrival. Towels, shower sheets, and kitchen towels are also provided.
The rates and reservation information are as follows: the night rate applies for stays from Sunday to Friday, excluding public holidays, with a minimum booking of 3 nights. The weekend rate applies for Saturday nights and holiday eves, with a minimum reservation of 2 nights. There is a degressive rate from the 4th night, and a 5th sleeping option available for an additional 8 euros per night. Pets are welcome with a fee of 25 euros per stay. The arrival day is flexible, except for July and August, where it is from Sunday to Sunday.

Nous avons passé un beau séjour à la villa Charlotte. c'est une agréable maison, au calme, joliment décorée et bien équipée à deux pas des commerces et à une dizaines de minutes à pied de la plage.

proche de tout !
maison très propre et très bien placée en centre ville mais au calme. Pas besoin de voiture : plage, commerces, golf, la Baule... tout est à proximité, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Belle décoration ! A recommander.
