Located just 2km from the village, this property offers breathtaking panoramic views and a serene surrounding nature. You won't find any cars or noisy neighbors here, only the soothing sounds of nature. Additionally, you can enjoy a refreshing swim in the large partially infinity-style swimming pool.

The property consists of two separate bed and breakfast units, each with their own private entrance. The first unit, named "Lou Castellas," is located on the first floor of the villa and can be accessed via an external staircase. The second unit, called "Les Lucioles," is a standalone annex-maisonette. Both units can accommodate up to four people and feature a bathroom/toilet, TV, universal satellite receiver (Astra), fridge, and Wifi. Linen is also provided. Each unit has its own outdoor area with a garden table and chairs, perfect for relaxing in front of the entrance. In addition, "Les Lucioles" offers the added bonus of an external covered fully equipped kitchen.

Situated in France near Park Mercantour and the Italian border, the village of Breil sur Roya offers a convenient location. It is just 20km from the coast and its beautiful beaches, as well as 35km from the stunning ski resort of Limone in Italy. The village also has a train station that provides connections to Nice in France, as well as Cuneo and Ventimiglia in Italy.
