The cottage, located close to the owners' home, occupies the upper floor, while the ground floor is dedicated to laundry and storage of recreational equipment. Inside, you will find a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with a sofa bed that sleeps two (140), two comfortable bedrooms (one with a double bed (140) and the other with a double bed (140) and two bunk beds (90)), a private bathroom with a toilet, and access to a balcony.

The cottage offers both electric heating and a fireplace, ensuring a warm and cozy atmosphere. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and features amenities such as a microwave, gas cooker, mini oven, fridge freezer, and dishwasher washing machine. For entertainment, the cottage provides a TV, DVD player, games, a library, video games, and even a mobile phone card upon request.

Directions

To get to the house, follow these directions using Michelin Map 338-N:

1. Starting from Mazamet, head in the direction of Béziers on road 112.
2. Before leaving Mazamet, take a left turn towards Pont de l'Arn.
3. After that, make a right turn onto road D 54, heading towards Angles and Brassac.
4. Continue driving for approximately 6 kilometers and then turn left towards Marican - Mas de la Borie.
5. The house is located at the bottom of the third road on the left.
