The Margotière is a charming Breton house, perfect for those seeking independence. It boasts a spacious area of 70 m2 and a lovely garden of 700 m2, situated in close proximity to the beautiful Ria d'Etel.

Designed to accommodate 4 people comfortably, with an additional bed available for children. On the ground floor, you will find a cozy lounge area with a comfortable sofa and a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. There is also a separate bathroom and toilet for added convenience, as well as storage space for your belongings.

Upstairs, there are two inviting bedrooms. One bedroom features a comfortable bed measuring 140 x 190 cm, while the other bedroom offers two beds measuring 90 x 190 cm each.

Whether you are staying for a night or a week, The Margotière ensures complete independence. For your convenience, we provide essential breakfast items such as coffee, tea, orange juice, jam, and butter. Additionally, all linen is provided and the beds will be prepared for your arrival.

The house is equipped with brand new kitchen appliances, a washing machine, and a TV. The rest is up to you, with no time constraints to worry about.
