Description:

Description for B&B:

Welcome to the Bretons Nantais house! Our cozy home is conveniently located just 10 minutes from the city center of Nantes and a short 5-minute walk from the Pont Rousseau station (tram and bus). Situated near a bustling shopping street, our neighborhood is a peaceful oasis just steps away from the beautiful river Sevre. Despite its small size, our charming house is discreetly tucked away from the street, offering a sense of privacy and tranquility.

Step through the blue gate and into our lovely property, where you'll find a 28 m² house built in 2013, adhering to the bbc standards. As you explore the property, you'll notice our common garden, still a work in progress, featuring aromatic and medicinal plants. Upon entering the front door, you'll be greeted by a bright and sunny living room facing south. To the right, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, combi microwave oven, ceramic hob, and fridge with freezer compartment.

In the living area, you'll find a comfortable 2-seater sofa and a coffee table. For your convenience, we provide a flat screen TV with an orange box, telephone, wifi connection, and a stereo. An office space separates the living area from the toilet and bathroom, which features an Italian-style shower.

Near the front door, a staircase leads to the mezzanine sleeping area, furnished with a 160x200 bed and a clock radio. Our cottage comfortably accommodates 2 people, with the option of adding a baby cot upon request. Upon your arrival, you'll find the bed made, towels and linens provided, and we even offer some essentials such as coffee, tea, condiments, paper towels, trash bags, and toilet paper.

Additionally, we provide a parking space in a nearby residence, just 100 meters away. We are fluent in English and German, so communication will be a breeze. If desired, we can offer a breakfast basket for an additional fee of 6 euros per person.

With the city center of Nantes just a 10-minute tram ride away, and the airport and train station a mere 15 minutes away, our location is ideal for exploring all that Nantes has to offer.
