We offer a fully independent 60m² apartment within a private house, providing you with utmost tranquility and security. The apartment includes a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms, and a bathroom with a separate toilet.Situated in the heart of the countryside, our location allows for easy access to various attractions. The famous Puy du Fou is just a 15-minute drive away, while the beautiful Atlantic coast can be reached within an hour. For convenience, we are also only an hour away from Nantes Airport, and transportation can be arranged upon request. Additionally, the popular Futuroscope is just an hour away.
We offer a range of cultural and relaxing activities right on our doorstep, ensuring that there is something for everyone. The apartment is equipped with all the essentials, including a fridge, freezer, oven, electric hob, washing machine, dryer, and kitchen utensils. Bed linen and towels are provided, and we also have a fenced 800m² area for children to play, complete with balls and a petanque shuffleboard.
When you stay with us, you will feel right at home. All you need to bring is your personal belongings, as we provide two TNT TVs and free unlimited WiFi. The bedrooms feature comfortable new bedding, with the option of a 160cm bed or two 80cm beds - simply let us know your preference.
Furthermore, we offer a delightful 20m² arbor with high and low tables, chairs, and a sofa, allowing you to enjoy your meals outdoors. A barbecue, which can be used with either wood or charcoal, is also available for your use.
