We offer the rental of guest rooms, with breakfast included. Within our establishment, you will find four beautifully furnished, air-conditioned rooms. Each room provides a private bathroom for your convenience. The Marans Room features a comfortable 180cm bed, while the Faverolles Room offers a cozy 140cm bed. The Gâtinaise Room provides a spacious 180cm bed, and the Wyandotte Family Room accommodates a generous 180cm bed and two additional 90cm beds.

For your comfort, our guest rooms are equipped with a hairdryer, toiletries, towels, and WIFI access. If desired, individual beds can be arranged upon booking (except for the Faverolles Room). Additionally, we provide a complimentary baby cot for those traveling with infants.

Outside, our guests can enjoy the exclusive use of an enclosed courtyard, complete with garden furniture and a barbecue. Please note that a bag of charcoal is required for use.

A tourist tax of 0.88 per person per day is applicable and should be accounted for during your stay.

Check-in time is from 5 p.m., and check-out is required by 10:30 a.m. to facilitate smooth transitions between guests.

As part of your stay, a delicious continental breakfast is included. For an added treat, we offer the option to reserve a charcuterie and cheese board for two people at an additional cost of 30. Kindly notify us at least two days in advance to ensure availability.

We warmly welcome calm and clean pets without any extra charge.

COTTAGE RENTAL FOR 10 PEOPLE

Our cottage offers a spacious living room of 60 m2, complete with a fully equipped kitchen including a fridge, microwave, oven, stove, washing machine, and dishwasher. Additionally, we provide various informative materials to enhance your exploration of our beautiful region.

Upstairs, you will find four tastefully furnished, air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The bedrooms include the Marans Room, Faverolles Room, Gâtinaise Room, and Wyandotte Room.

The capacity of "LaKey des Champs" is 10 people, with three bedrooms accommodating two people each and one bedroom accommodating four people. Individual beds can be arranged upon request (excluding the Faverolles Room). We also offer a complimentary baby cot.

Outside, our guests can enjoy a private enclosed courtyard with garden furniture and a barbecue (charcoal not provided).

The price of your stay includes bed linen, cleaning services, and a daily electricity consumption of 8kWh. Please note that a tourist tax of 1.65 euros per person per day applies, and towels are available upon request at an additional cost of 5 euros per person.

For heating, a pellet stove is provided with one bag of pellets per night. An additional bag can be purchased for 6 euros in case of overconsumption.

Check-in is from 4 p.m. and check-out is before 10 a.m. If you require a late check-out until 6 p.m., please inform us in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements.

We gladly welcome calm and well-behaved pets. A supplement of 5 euros per animal per day will be applied.

Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires. Nous avons passé un week-end agréable, proche de Beaune. Accès facile et nuit au calme malgré la proximité de la route.

If you are coming from Paris or Lyon, take the Beaune center exit and at the first roundabout, make a right turn. At the second roundabout, continue straight and drive for 6 km on the D973. Look out for the 70 km/h sign and when you spot it, the second house on the left will be your destination.

For those coming from Seurre, simply stay on the D973. Once you pass the 70 km/h sign, you will find the first house on the right after the intersection.
