Welcome to Gîte "Le Clos de la Bodice," a spacious house that can accommodate up to 12 people, located in the heart of the beautiful chateaux region of the Loire.

The living room, measuring 65m², is complete with a cozy fireplace and a large round table that can seat 12 people comfortably. The kitchen, spanning 15m², is fully equipped with everything you need. The house offers 6 bedrooms, ranging from 10 to 18m² in size, ensuring ample space for everyone. Additionally, there are 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, and underfloor heating throughout the house, providing the utmost comfort during your stay. Please note that weekend bookings are available from September to March.

Situated on a stunning 5000m² plot of land, the property boasts a 50m² swimming pool, a charming 24m² arbor with a barbecue area, and convenient parking facilities.

Our rates include bed linen, towels, heating, firewood, and electricity. The only additional cost is a mandatory cleaning fee of €95.
