Description for B&B:

Located in the charming village of Montblanc in Languedoc, our home offers a perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. Situated just a few minutes away from the beautiful Mediterranean coastline, as well as the breathtaking mountains and lakes of the Languedoc National Park, our location allows for endless exploration and relaxation.

Steeped in history, Montblanc dates back to the Roman era. Our stunning home, constructed from local stone, showcases the timeless elegance of the region. The exact origins of our house remain a mystery, with different parts of the property dating back to various periods throughout history.

The main frontage, built in the 19th century as a "Maison de Maitre," served as the residence of a landowner or professional. We believe it was once home to a doctor's family. Over the centuries, the house has undergone numerous transformations, resulting in a unique blend of architectural styles.

Choose from our selection of apartments, suites, or private rooms, all of which provide a comfortable and welcoming retreat. You'll have access to our picturesque gardens and private swimming pool, the perfect spots to unwind and soak up the sun. Each room and suite is equipped with full air conditioning, ensuring your comfort throughout your stay. And during the colder winter weeks, central heating keeps the atmosphere warm and cozy.

In Montblanc village, you'll find a variety of excellent shops, including two bakeries, a butcher, and a small general store. The local bar/cafe is known for its friendly ambiance and serves delicious meals during lunchtime.

Our home is a haven of peace in the heart of the village, offering an authentic French way of life. Each morning, I can stroll to the nearby boulangerie, where the aroma of freshly baked bread fills the air. It's a delight to bring back warm bread for breakfast, creating a truly idyllic experience.

With a secluded front garden and private gardens and terraces at the rear, our property offers a tranquil escape. Our securely fenced pool is an inviting feature, complete with a spacious sunbathing area, perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation.
