Introducing apartment Belle Vue, a charming gîte nestled on the edge of the picturesque village of Sahorre, offering breathtaking views of the Vallée de la Rotja. With three bedrooms, it comfortably accommodates up to 9 people, but is equally suitable for a couple seeking a spacious retreat. This self-catering apartment occupies the second and third floors of a traditional Pyrénéan house, boasting a private entrance and reserved parking.

Step inside Belle Vue and discover a spacious open plan living room, a dining area that can seat up to 12 people, and a fully equipped kitchen on the second level. The kitchen features a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, kettle, cafétière, toaster, and all the necessary cutlery, crockery, and cookware. A large breakfast bar connects the dining area and kitchen, ensuring seamless interaction between the two spaces. The living room offers a flat-screen satellite TV, DVD player, and various comfortable seating areas. Additionally, the second level houses a full bathroom with a bath, overhead shower, washbasin, separate WC, washing machine, and ironing facilities.

Climb up to the third (top) floor, where you'll find three bedrooms that can accommodate both double and single beds according to your needs. All linen and towels are provided. The bathroom on this floor features a WC, washbasin, and a spacious modern shower with body massage jets. Tall windows flood the apartment with natural light, creating an airy and inviting atmosphere. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout.

Beyond the apartment, the Beau Vallon property offers a delightful shared garden, where you can unwind and make the most of your holiday. The garden features a plunge pool, a heated spa bath housed in a charming cedar wood chalet, an outdoor 'summer kitchen' complete with la plancha, barbecues, and a paella cooker. Various garden games such as badminton and garden chess are available, as well as swings, a rope ladder, and a playhouse for children. A boules court (pétanque court) and a table tennis table provide additional entertainment options.

Beau Vallon is ideally located near the main centers, allowing you to enjoy festivals, markets, and local shops, while avoiding the crowds and heat of the plains. Situated on the edge of the Cerdagne, just 1 hour and 30 minutes from Andorra and an hour from the Mediterranean Sea, this rural retreat offers tranquility, fresh mountain air, and beautiful gardens for relaxation.

The Vallée de la Rotja, known for its wild trout fishing, is renowned as the Vallée Gourmande, offering a variety of local specialties such as cheeses, honey, saffron, spirulina, charcuterie, apple juice, and delicious locally grown apples. A bakery within walking distance ensures fresh bread every morning, and you can find quality meats at the nearby Maison Xifre butcher shop. Don't miss the opportunity to sample Madame Soler's superb cheeses and explore the wine selection at Sailly's Cave. Several excellent restaurants can also be found within a 5-minute walk from Belle Vue.

Nature enthusiasts will find themselves in the heart of excellent walking and cycling terrain, with both on and off-road trails to explore. In addition, the region offers music festivals, various fêtes, and historical centers worth visiting. And for those who enjoy winter sports, some of the best ski resorts in the French Pyrenees are just 50 minutes away.

We warmly welcome family groups, walking tours, and groups, as well as children and pets (additional fee of €8 per night for pets). We value your privacy and strive to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

Please note that the minimum rental period is 7 nights in July and August, and 3 nights for the rest of the year. The weekly rental rate is €735 in July and August, and €650 for the rest of the year. A weekly full linen change is included. We also offer 2-week and monthly rental options. An additional cleaning fee of €85 applies at the end of your stay.

To reach Beau Vallon, follow these revised travel directions:

Head towards Andorra on the N116 road for approximately 50km. Once you pass Villefranche de Conflent, make a left turn onto the D6 road. Continue on this road for about 7km, while keeping an eye out for signs indicating Beau Vallon.
