This newly built villa is located approximately 3 or 4 kilometers away from the beautiful sea and just 1 kilometer from BIOT, a medieval village in the Côte d'Azur that is well-known for its glassware and Marineland. Situated near Antibes, between Monaco/Nice and Cannes, this Provencal villa spans across 160 square meters and is spread over two levels. The villa is surrounded by a charming garden of 1500 square meters, adorned with ancient olive trees, and offers a serene hill view. Despite the absence of a pool, the villa guarantees a peaceful and tranquil environment.

Upstairs, you will find two well-maintained bedrooms and a bathroom, all accessible through a separate entrance. The rooms are equipped with a small fridge, and an attic with a library is also available, along with WIFI connectivity. Housekeeping services are provided, and fresh linen and towels are supplied in the bathroom.
