Welcome to our charming Bed and Breakfast, located on the coast of Pink Granite near Perros-Guirec in Brittany. Our rooms are situated in a beautifully restored farmhouse, providing a unique and authentic experience.We offer two options for accommodation. The first is a cozy room located on the ground floor of the main farmhouse, perfect for 1 or 2 guests. The second option is a newly renovated separate building, which includes a kitchen and can accommodate up to 5 guests.
Start your day with a delicious breakfast, served from 8:00 to 9:30. You can enjoy a hot drink of your choice, along with toast, butter, homemade jams, Breton fruit juice, yogurt, and homemade cakes or pancakes. During your stay, I will be happy to provide information about the stunning Pink Granite Coast and its surroundings, including recommendations for restaurants and local attractions.
We offer convenient amenities such as a large private parking area, washing machine, barbecue, expansive garden, and a playground for children. We also have facilities for babies upon request.
Our prices range from 45 to 55 euros per night, including breakfast. We accept payment by cash, check, or holiday vouchers.
We have availability throughout the year, offering flexible rental options for nights, weekends, mid-week stays, and more. Come and experience the beauty of our area, with its breathtaking coastal landscapes and kilometers of scenic paths.

Stay at my grandmother's farmhouse in Lannion, an ideal location for exploring the Paimpol area with Roscoff on the stunning Granite Coast Pink. This unspoiled site is protected and boasts exceptional beauty with its unique landscapes. Situated between Perros-Guirec, Tréguier, and Paimpol in the Coasts of Armor 22 in Brittany, you'll be perfectly positioned to explore the region.Our old stone longère, a traditional country building, offers comfortable accommodation with a private entrance and terrace (60m²) complete with a barbecue and outdoor seating area. Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with a multifunction oven, microwave, 220L refrigerator, 50L freezer, hotplate, dishwasher, and a range of kitchen utensils and small appliances. The accommodation also features two toilets, a bathroom with a bathtub, a cozy living room with a exposed stone wall, fireplace, a three-seater sofa, and two armchairs. There is one bedroom with three single beds (90x200), an office space, and a wall cupboard, as well as another bedroom with a double bed (160x200), a baby bed, and a cupboard. Television is available upon request.
Discover the beauty of the Granite Coast Pink, with its protected and unique landscapes, located just one hour from Brest and Saint-Brieuc, and five hours from Paris. The farmhouse is conveniently situated 9km from the beach and 2km from the town center. You'll also be close to Lannion, Trébeurden, Trégastel, Ploumanac'h, and Perros-Guirec, allowing you to explore the nearby towns and attractions easily.
