Description for B&B:

Whether you're traveling for leisure or business, whether it's your first visit or you're a frequent traveler to our beautiful region, we are here to ensure that you have the best possible stay.

It all starts with our meticulously renovated and decorated house, designed to make you feel at home in a warm, cozy, and friendly environment from the moment you arrive.

Our accommodations are truly exceptional, exceeding the average standards. Allow us to elaborate: we offer three unique rooms, ranging from spacious to incredibly large.

- Room #1: "la familiale" (35 sq. meters) consists of two connecting rooms with a double bed in one and two single beds in the other. The bathroom is simply delightful. This room comfortably accommodates 2 to 4 people, ideally a family.

- Room #2: "la suite" (32 sq. m) features a bedroom with a large bed separated from a second room by the bathroom. In the latter, you can enjoy reading, writing, listening to music, or any other activity without disturbing your loved one who may be sleeping. Alternatively, the single bed allows for accommodation of a child or adult. Perfect for a young family of 3.

- Room #3: "le loft" is truly special. With a spacious area of 65 square meters, it is designed for those who appreciate or require ample space. This room, equipped with a large bed (160x200 cm), is ideal for a couple in love, as the vast bathroom is not partitioned. However, there is an additional antique boat bed that can be used as a sofa bed, suitable for a child or anyone under 6 feet tall. Additionally, you can relax in two rocking chairs or enjoy a nap in the genuine Brazilian hammock. Nestled on the top floor, this room offers a magnificent view of the beautiful countryside. Once experienced, life may never be the same again!

All main bedrooms are located on the garden side, ensuring a peaceful environment despite the minimal road traffic. Each room is equipped with electric blinds, and amenities such as a hairdryer, kettle, radio, and CD player. Linen and towels are provided. In the common area downstairs, guests are welcome to use the fridge and two ovens (one regular, one microwave).

Please note that there are no televisions available in the rooms or common spaces. Instead, we offer a selection of books, magazines (in French), maps, tourist information, and various games.

Our accommodations are offered at a fair price, which includes a healthy and generous breakfast. In addition to hot drinks, such as tea, coffee, and hot chocolate, we serve local delicious apple juice, yogurts, a variety of fresh bread (cereals, sesame, wheat, and rye), a wide selection of delicious jams and butter. We also provide different types of cereals, including muesli and crunchies, as well as warm croissants or mini pastries, and occasionally regional cakes, depending on availability and our chef's creativity. Breakfast is served from 8:30 to 10:30 in the spacious dining room on the ground floor, adjacent to the reading and games salon.

Visit us and experience it for yourself. There are plenty of things to see, do, and enjoy in the surrounding area.

We are located in the renowned Bigouden Country, a cultural hub of Brittany. Close to the magnificent city of Quimper (a 15-minute drive), the port of Douarnenez (20 minutes), and Pont L'Abbé (15 minutes), our location is convenient for exploring various points of interest in the region. These include the seaside resort of Bénodet/Sainte-Marine, Concarneau, Pont-Aven, Locronan, the Crozon Peninsula, the Armorique Natural Park, and the Monts d'Arrées.

By looking at the map, you'll see that we are within an hour's drive from Brest, two hours from Rennes, and two and a half hours from Nantes. Notably, highways in Brittany are toll-free, a unique feature in France due to historic and cultural reasons.

Whether you prefer sports or cultural activities, or a combination of both, there's something for everyone. The region hosts numerous festivals in the summer and boasts great museums, chapels, and historic sites, including menhirs and dolmens. Sports enthusiasts can enjoy golf, tennis, horseback riding, mountain biking, sailing, windsurfing, kite-surfing, paddle-surfing, surfing (with la Pointe de la Torche being a popular spot), sand yachting, paragliding, kayaking, and hiking.

Alternatively, you can relax and have fun at the nearby beaches. These pristine and secluded white sand beaches offer a paradise for bird watching and provide a serene nature experience away from the crowds. The breathtaking Pointe du Raz, the westernmost point in France, is only a 40-minute drive away. The Baie d'Audierne, with its 10-mile stretch of fine white sand, offers wild and protected beaches within a 10-minute drive. Penhors, for instance, is renowned for the quality of its waters.

Don't forget to indulge in the gastronomic wonders of the region, including Kouign Aman, Far Breton, gâteau Breton, crêpes, and excellent fish and seafood.

As you can see, there is so much to see and do here that you'll need to stay for a few days. Come and experience the beauty and charm of our region for yourself!
