Description for B&B:

We are located in the Limousin region, close to two medieval towns and a fascinating tourist area. Our surroundings are filled with ancient caves, Roman cities, lakes, and rivers offering water sports and fishing activities. Landmarks and major cities are only a half-hour drive away, with easy access to the motorway that leads south to Breve. Positioned halfway between Paris and Toulouse, we are an ideal stopover or base for exploring central France.

Our rooms are simple and clean, equipped with Wi-Fi, TV, welcome trays, towels, and work surfaces with connections for your computers and phones. Showers are shared between three rooms, and additional toilets and showers are available in the house if needed. We have a strict no-smoking policy, but provide a smoking shelter in the park where smoking is allowed at tables or under an umbrella. Our snack bar is open daily from 10:00 until the last customer is served, and the restaurant is open throughout the day. Breakfast can be enjoyed inside the house or outside in the restaurant.

We also offer tent accommodations upon reservation. Near the house, we have three bedrooms with two double beds and a set of bunk beds, accommodating up to six people. Prices for the house can be found on our website. Payments can be made by card via our website's payment page using PayPal, or by check, direct payment from your phone to our account, or cash.

Pets are welcome, but we ask that you take full responsibility for them and their behavior. Extra cleaning fees may apply, and we reserve the right to charge a hosting fee. However, most pets are not subject to additional charges. Dogs must be kept on a leash for the comfort of others, as some of our clients have dog phobias. We also had an incident where one dog attacked another, which could have been prevented if the dog had been on a leash. Water is always available for dogs in the park near the snack bar.

We have musical instruments available, and occasionally have informal evenings where guests can sing in the house or outside around a fire in the park. We also have local handmade jewelry for sale, courtesy of Valerie, at the snack bar. You are welcome to visit our Icelandic horses, known for their gentle nature. We also have chickens and two cats, although the cats are not allowed inside the house and are often seen trying to chase the chickens out!

Parking is ample, so there is no need to book in advance. Reservations can be made by phone and confirmed upon receipt of a deposit (50 euros per night or for longer bookings), paid by check or PayPal on our website lescinqroutesbbcom. We are fluent in French and English, and can manage a few words in German. For more information, please contact us through our website, by phone, text, or email. We look forward to meeting you soon.
