Located in the quiet residential area of Saint-Jean, just 9 km from the center of Toulouse and its famous Place du Capitole, this charming studio offers a peaceful retreat. With direct access to main roads, it is conveniently situated opposite an oak wood. Although attached to the owners' house, the studio has its own independent entrance and parking space right in front.Within a 5-minute radius, you will find all the necessary amenities and public transport options. The metro lines A or B can be easily accessed within 10 minutes by bus (Tisséo bus network) or 5 minutes by car.
The studio, covering an area of 18m2, is fully furnished and equipped with a comfortable 140 cm wide convertible sofa bed (featuring a 12cm thick mattress topper for optimal comfort), a kitchenette, and a convenient wardrobe for your clothes. The separate bathroom includes a spacious shower, washbasin, and a WC with a sanibroyeur.
All the necessary equipment and dishes for your stay are provided. Additionally, the studio offers a flat screen TV with free channel reception and WIFI internet connection. If needed, a Macbook laptop can be provided free of charge.
On sunny days, you can also enjoy a small private terrace in front of the guest room, allowing you to bask in the pleasant Southwest weather.
Sheets and towels are provided, and regular cleaning service is included. The use of a washing machine is available for an extra cost of 5 euros per load.
Please note that this is a non-smoking rental. However, a table, chair, and ashtray are provided outside for smokers.
For an additional fee, breakfast can be arranged upon request.

Une petite halte à Toulouse, fort agréable ! L'accueil de la propriétaire est chaleureux, la chambre fort confortable et le petit déjeuner copieux. La formule "en toute liberté" nous a séduit, nous recommandons sans probléme !!!
Directions
To get to your destination, take exit 14 on the Toulousian ring peripheral and head towards Albi on the RN88. Continue until you reach the municipality of the Union, then enter Saint Jean. Once you reach the first traffic light in Saint Jean, at the top of the hill, turn right onto the first street (there is a business called "Meat" on the corner). This street is called Road of the Wood of Saget. Follow this street for 700 meters until you reach number 41 (across from the wood of oaks). You have arrived at your destination.
