To reach Sixt Fer à Cheval, there are several options:

1. If you are coming from Geneva Cointrin Airport or train station, you can take the A40 motorway towards Annemasse and Cluses.

2. From Lyon, whether you are at Lyon Saint Exupéry Airport or Lyon train station, you can follow the same path by taking the A40 motorway.

3. If you are traveling from Annecy train station, you can also take the A40 motorway towards Cluses.

Once you have reached Cluses, take the D4 main road towards Morillon and Samoens. Then, continue on the D907 main road towards Sixt Fer à Cheval after passing through Samoens. After crossing a vast plain called the plain of Vallon, you will come across a small hamlet called Perret with only three or four houses. A few turns later, you will notice a small road on the left, just in front of a chapel. Take this road towards Mount and continue straight until you reach the end.

During your journey, you will pass through the picturesque village of Balme and a beautiful forest before finally arriving at Mount.
