Joël and Bernadette extend a warm welcome to travelers visiting our stunning region. Our property is situated in a peaceful rural setting, surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden where you can unwind under the shade of a magnificent Catalpa tree.Conveniently located nearby, you can easily explore the city of Le Mans and its remarkable Plantagenet City by tram. This historical gem is one of the highlights of our region's heritage.
For motorsport enthusiasts, our property is ideally positioned just 7 km from the main entrance of the 24-hour circuit, allowing you to enjoy all the thrilling sporting events.
We offer two spacious rooms, called Armor and Argoat, with a separate entrance to ensure your privacy. Upstairs, you will be enchanted by the cozy charm of the Argoat bedroom, as well as the delightful decor of the Armor room. Both rooms feature a comfortable 140cm bed, a sofa, a desk, and ample storage space.
Between the two bedrooms, we provide a lounge area, a library, a Hi-Fi system, and information about the local area for your convenience and enjoyment.
On the ground floor, you will find a large shared bathroom with plenty of natural light, as well as two separate toilets.
To enhance your stay, we offer a coffee maker and a selection of teas and herbal infusions. Additionally, as partners of the Zoo de la Flèche, we provide a Pass card for your visit to the Vigneau, allowing entry for you and your accompanying family or friends.

Depuis 4 ans que nous allons chez Bernadette et Joël pour les 24h camions, nous avons toujours eu un très bon accueil, rien à redire des chambres ainsi que du copieux petit déjeuner ( les très bonnes confitures).
Pour nous, c'est un plaisir de revenir tous les ans. N'hésitez pas vous ne regretterez pas !!!

Un chaleureux accueil
Nous avons été reçus comme des amis et avons partagé de bons moments en compagnie de Bernadette et Joël. Ils nous ont concocté de savoureux petits déjeuners. Chambres agréables, propres et calmes. Séjour inoubliable pour les 24H du Mans !!

Super accueille ,endroit très calme,petit déjeuner copieux, très facile a trouver. Pour les amis motards ,il y a de la place pour les motos ,endroit sécurisé.

En plus des manifestations sportives du week-end, nous avons passer un excellent moment dans un cadre très chaleureux ainsi que des propriétaires très accueillant. Il n'y a rien à redire hormis un grand merci aux propriétaires pour cette accueil, convivialité et super petit déjeuner ...

Nous avons passé une très bonne nuit chez Jöel et Bernadette. La propreté des lieux est irréprochable. Le descriptif fait sur le site correspond bien à la réalité. Laccueil est chaleureux et la maison est au calme. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux, accompagné de délicieuses confitures faites maison.

"Le Vigneau" can be found approximately 1 km away from RD 338, the road connecting Le Mans and Tours. When traveling from the southern part of Le Mans, head towards Tours using RD 338. Pass through Mulsanne and exit just before reaching the road leading to Moncé en Belin. After covering a distance of about 1 km, you will arrive at your destination. Our house is situated on the left side.
