The recently renovated stone house offers two separate apartments, each measuring 45 m2. These apartments provide individual access to a terrace and garden, ensuring complete independence. Situated on a spacious plot of 1200 m2, the property includes a swimming pool and private parking exclusively for the guests of these apartments. No other accommodations are present on this plot. For maximum comfort, each apartment can accommodate up to 5 people. The location of the house is in a tranquil village near the beautiful beaches of southern Corsica, with the closest beach approximately 8km away. Notably, Bonifacio and Porto Vecchio are within a close proximity of 15km each, as indicated on my website. The secure swimming pool, measuring 8.5m x 4.1m and ranging in depth from 1.1m to 2m, is shared exclusively between the two apartments, as is the parking area. The pool water is treated with salt, offering a pleasant bathing experience with a salinity level of 3 grams per liter, which is 10 times less than that of the sea.Reviews
