Our rates are specifically designed for families of 3 or more individuals. Every year, families with at least one child, honeymooners, and globetrotters can take advantage of discounted rates during the off-season. We provide comfortable cots with bedding and high tables for meals, as well as bicycles with child seats.

For 1 to 2 persons:
During the low season (January, February, March, November, and December 15), our best rate, including VAT, is 10,800 XPF (90.5 €) per night for 1 to 2 persons (equivalent to 5,400 XPF or 53.63 € per person; if only one person is staying, the fixed price of 10,800 XPF applies).
In the high season (April to October), the VAT rate is 12,800 XPF (107.26 €) per night for 1 to 2 persons (equivalent to 6,400 XPF or 50.28 € per person; if only one person is staying, the fixed price of 12,800 XPF applies).
For stays of 1 to 2 days throughout the year, the full rate of 12,800 XPF (107.26 €) per night for 1 to 2 persons applies (equivalent to 6,400 XPF or 50.28 € per person; if only one person is staying, the fixed price of 12,800 XPF applies).

We have designed our accommodations to cater to families seeking medium to long stays. Here are some of the features we offer:

- Our new houses are spacious and fully equipped with a kitchen and private facilities. (Please refer to the detailed notes at the bottom of the page for more information.)
- We provide a wide range of benefits and leisure facilities that are included in your stay. (Please refer to the detailed notes for more information.)
- We are conveniently located near a new catering service (50 meters away) and a small snack bar (150 meters away).
- We offer a supply service for your fridge.
- We offer various sea and land activities, including the opportunity to explore the island with a Polynesian guide and experience manta rays (available from April to August). The rate for these activities is 3,000 XPF (25.14 €) per person for a minimum of 4 hours on Wednesdays.
- The dive center will pick you up for free at the residence.
- We now have a specially designed 4X4 vehicle for land discovery activities, which can be arranged upon request.
- We also offer a tour of the island with Albert, a storyteller of legends, who will take you to ten different sites.

For a relaxing holiday, we provide a convenient meal delivery service that can be enjoyed on the terrace of your house, offering a spectacular view of the beach and lagoon during the beautiful sunset. We also offer flexible boarding options to tailor to your needs, so you are not bound by a fixed meal plan. Our flexible approach allows you to enjoy various services, manage your budget better, and have a holiday free from scheduling constraints.

Through our partnership with a nearby popular catering service known for its hospitality, environment, and quality, meals and breakfasts can be delivered directly to the terrace of your beach house for free.

Your bungalow is equipped with a full kitchen, a terrace for outdoor dining, and a shaded barbecue table. We offer a fridge supply service before your arrival, where purchases will be charged at cost plus a fee of 800 XPF (or 6.7 €).

Nearby, there is a small snack bar called "Mimi" on Tereia Beach, which is open daily until 3 pm. In the village, there is a small bakery and a restaurant. The budget for dining in these establishments ranges from 1,200 to 1,800 XPF (or 10 to 15 €) per person. Additionally, there is a pizza place that charges 200 XPF (or 1.68 €) per slice. The distance to these places is around 3.5 to 4 km, or 2 km if you take a more sporty road with a unique viewpoint.

We have partnerships with other guesthouses and restaurants, which allows you to explore other beautiful sites for lunch or dinner, especially on the neighboring islets. However, availability is subject to reservation 48 to 72 hours in advance.

There is a limited menu service available during weekends, offering a few dishes for Saturday and Sunday nights.

A new small store called "KOKI" (owned by Mark and Melissa) is open daily from 7 am to 8 pm, and we can stop there during transfers to assist you.

As our residence is located on the island, you have great freedom of movement and can easily explore nearby areas by foot.

Throughout your stay, our manager Lai will be available to provide information, advice, and assistance with all services, as well as address any minor issues that may arise.

Private Accommodation:
- Our large beach fare offers 72 m2 of space and includes 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (optional), windows with mosquito nets, a bathroom with hot water, and a fully equipped kitchen.
- The kitchen includes a cooker, hob, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, electric kettle, fridge/freezer, a sink with hot water, and dishes.
- Other amenities include a television, DVD player, board games, books, DVDs, linens, beach towels, high-speed internet access, a mobile phone recharge card, and a telephone contact for free hotel restaurants, diving, health services, and other small safety measures.
- Electricity is available 24/7, and there is a terrace with a sunset view, a second outdoor shower (convenient for returning from the beach), a BBQ, daily cleaning (except Sundays), and the option to request privacy with a "household" sign.
- Additional amenities include a washing machine, laundry facilities, and cleaning products.
- We also have equipment to accommodate babies, including 2 cots with bedding, 2 high chairs for meals, and 2 bicycles with child seats.

Leisure facilities and free activities included in your accommodation package:
- Kayaks, bicycles for adults and children, beach volleyball, bocce, beach pail and accessories for young children, and beach and sea chairs.
- Other activities include crab hunting, fishing with nets, bird watching, and feeding white moray eels.
- We also offer mapped walking routes on the island, access to a neighboring islet in front of the residence, snorkeling 150 meters to the right of the residence, and a kite surfing spot 100 meters to the left of the residence.
- Our beach, located in front of your fare, provides a safe swimming environment for children.

(2) Stays longer than one week will receive additional equipment free of charge, with the exception of the Hobie Cat 16.

Facilities fee (Note: Our discounted rates include a lump sum contribution to maintenance):
- Catamaran (Hobie 16): Restricted to experienced HC 16 users and those capable of setting it up initially. Fee: 5,000 XPF (41.9 €).
- Sailboards: Fee: 2,000 XPF (16.76 €) per half-day.
- Fishing equipment (rods, reels, nets, spearfishing equipment): Fee: 1,000 XPF (8.38 €) per day.
- Masks, snorkels, fins, and beach shoes (in standard sizes): Fee: 500 XPF (4.19 €) per stay.

To travel from Tahiti, Papeete to the island of Maupiti, you will need to fly and then land on the island. Starting from 1 October 2010, the transfer package from the Village Dock Residence to Maupiti and vice versa costs 1000 CFP francs or 8.38 € per person. Children aged 2 to 12 years old pay half price, while babies travel for free. This fee must be paid before departure. If you arrive at the airport, you will be on an islet called a motu. To reach the village settlement, you will need to take a shuttle boat which costs 500 XPF (€ 4.19) per adult and 300 XPF (€ 2.51) per child. Upon arrival at Maupiti Residence, Lai, the manager, will greet you in the traditional Polynesian way with a flower wreath.
