"Les Hauts de Chaumont" is a charming historic wine grower's house, dating back to 1880, that has been tastefully renovated over time. We warmly welcome guests throughout the year to experience the rich cultural heritage of the Val de Loire region, indulge in its gastronomy, and immerse themselves in its picturesque landscapes.Convenient and secure parking is available in the courtyard, ensuring peace of mind for all guests. Cyclists can safely store their bikes in the garage.
The comfortable bedrooms, situated on the first floor, all feature private bathrooms and toilets. Our spacious lounge area is the perfect place for relaxation, where guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast each morning. For those who prefer to prepare their own meals or enjoy a quiet drink, a kitchenette with a microwave and fridge is at their disposal.
All of our rooms have been renovated in 2011 and are equipped with modern amenities, including flat-screen TVs and complimentary Wi-Fi. Additionally, since June 2011, we have introduced a new holiday cottage with a modern design, measuring 90m2, accommodating 6 to 8 people, and featuring air conditioning. This cottage is conveniently located near the swimming pool.
During the summer months, guests have the opportunity to dine in the garden, close to the swimming pool and barbecue facilities. The expansive 3000m² garden offers numerous tranquil corners where guests can relax, enjoy drinks with friends or family, or simply unwind with a good book while listening to the soothing melodies of birdsong.
Children will delight in the large play area at the back of the garden, complete with swings and a slide. If you're lucky and patient, you may even catch a glimpse of our resident squirrel and the woodpecker couple.
The swimming pool is fully enclosed and securely locked. Measuring 10 meters by 5 meters with a depth of 2.30m, it is graciously provided for guests' enjoyment, but under their full responsibility. Upon arrival, we will provide detailed rules and guidelines for its usage. Comfortable deckchairs are available, and we can also provide bath towels for your convenience.

- Take D 952 from Blois to Amboise.
- Upon reaching Onzain, cross the Loire river to reach Chaumont sur Loire.
- After crossing the river, make a right turn towards the village.
- At the traffic lights, take a left turn towards Montrichard.
- Continue for 100 meters and at the end of the slope, make a right turn into the second street. Proceed towards the primary school and make another right turn.
- "Les Hauts de Chaumont" will be the first property on your left at the beginning of the street. Look out for the signboard.
