We offer various rental options, including price per room for suites in the guest house or the entire villa rental. If you wish to rent, please confirm your choice from the following options:
1. The entire villa
2. The Trouloulou suite with an integrated bathroom
3. The Paul suite with a reserved bathroom on the landing
4. The Paul room with a shared bathroom (with Virginie)
5. The Virginie room with a shared bathroom (with Paul)

Kindly inform us of your chosen room or if you require taxi services. A personalized quote will be provided based on your specific conditions of stay and the number of people. Below is an example of the basic pricing for the villa or guest house:

LOW SEASON (April, May, June, July, August, September):
- Empty house or guest house in our presence: 1280 per month or 42 per day for four guests
- Empty house in our absence (not available for guest house): 1480 per month or 49 per day for four guests

HIGH SEASON (October, November, December, January, February, March):
- Guest house in our presence: 1280 per month or 42 per day for four guests
- Empty house in our absence (not available for guest house): 1480 per month or 49 per day for four guests

Please note that the swimming pool, tennis field, living room, dining room, terrace, and outdoor parking are shared amenities. The presence of the owner may be possible and desirable, so please inform us if you prefer otherwise. In 2023, the owner's presence is planned from August to February 2024.

For long-term rentals of more than three months, a special rate of 1100 per month is available for a maximum of four people. However, please be aware that these rates may slightly increase depending on the length of stay and the season. Additional supplements such as cleaning fees, weekly rates, and weekend rates may apply.

Parking is available 24/7 with a guard, and WiFi is provided throughout the property. The common areas include the living room, dining room, kitchen, swimming pool, tennis courts, and terrace. For any inquiries or to make a reservation, please contact us via return email.

"Welcome to our rented premises, a comfortable house with a beautiful Mauritian Creole aesthetic. The house consists of a suite and two bedrooms, a spacious living room, a dining room, two bathrooms, and a large terrace. The rooms are generously sized and furnished with a bed, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, and mirror. The house is bright and airy, with tastefully decorated interiors and colonial-style paintings. Both the interior and exterior walls, ceilings, and shutters have been completely redone.

The location is fantastic, as the house is only 200 meters away from the sandy beach of Grand Baie Center. The beautiful beach of Pointe aux Canonniers is just 2 kilometers away, and Pereybère beach is 5 kilometers away. It's also just a 15-minute walk to the city center of Grand Baie. There is a bus stop only 50 meters away, with frequent and affordable buses that can take you to various nearby destinations.

One of the highlights of this rental is the fully air-conditioned villa, covering a spacious area of 136 square meters. The dining room and TV lounge open onto the terrace and the lush exotic garden. The large covered terrace can accommodate up to 8 people at the table. In the shared outdoor facilities within the residence, you'll find a swimming pool with a barbecue kiosk, surrounded by mango and coconut trees, and other exotic plants. Barbecues by the pool are a delightful experience in this little corner of paradise. Additionally, there are two tennis courts available for your use.

If you prefer to explore the area, the bus station is conveniently located next to the property, allowing you to reach shops and restaurants in less than 5 minutes by bus. In our presence, evening meals can be arranged upon request and subject to availability. Alternatively, you can make use of the large modern and well-equipped kitchen.

The rental premises come fully furnished and equipped with various amenities, including a washing machine, water heater, water pump, oven with plates, two refrigerator freezers, microwave, blender, emergency lamp, kettle, rice cooker, coffee maker, toaster, minute cooker, wok, ironing board and iron, clocks, tableware, cutlery, cooking utensils, and more.

Please note that certain personal effects and trousseaus are stored in two locked cupboards on the premises. Access to these cupboards is restricted.

For your peace of mind, a security deposit of 400 euros is required, which will be refunded within one month, after deducting any costs for damages, replacement of objects, additional cleaning, and consumption charges. The tenant is responsible for taking out their own civil insurance and damage insurance, preferably from Compagnie Vigier de Latour in Port Louis.
