Equipment:
On the 1st floor, there are 5 bedrooms, each equipped with a washbasin. These bedrooms consist of:
- 3 rooms with a double bed each
- 1 room with 2 single beds
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bunk bed
Additionally, there are 2 communal showers and 2 toilets that are shared among the 5 bedrooms.
On the ground floor, you will find:
- 1 separate toilet
- 1 kitchen, dining room with a beautiful bay window overlooking Mont Blanc, and a cozy lounge area.
The entire house has Wi-Fi access. Please note that pets are not allowed, and smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.

Directions

To reach Passy, take the A40 highway and exit at 21 for Passy. Once you exit, continue towards the chief town of Passy. If coming from the capital, follow the D13 road towards Sallanches. Look out for the path of Regards, which will be located 800 meters ahead on the left.
