Directions

To reach Ferme du Chalet from Calais, it will take approximately 2.5 hours. If you're coming from Boulogne, the travel time is around 2 hours, and from Dieppe, it will take about 75 minutes. If you're arriving at Le Havre, it's only a short 20-minute drive. Once you arrive at any of these ports, you should head towards the motorways that lead to the A29 motorway, which will take you to the Pont de Normandie. It is recommended to purchase your return ticket for the bridge toll (€5) at this point. Once you have crossed the bridge, you should immediately exit the motorway. Ferme du Chalet is just a 10-minute drive from the bridge toll booth.

For travelers arriving at Caen, Cherbourg, St Malo, or Roscoff, you need to take the last exit off the motorway before crossing the Pont de Normandie. Be aware that the bridge will be towering over you as you leave. From Caen, take the A13 to A29 to Pont de Normandie. From Cherbourg, take N13 to Caen, then the ring road to A13 to A29 to Pont de Normandie. From St Malo, take D4 to Dol de Bretagne, then N176 to N175 to A84 motorway, and finally N175 to Caen. Take the ring road to A13 to A29 to Pont de Normandie. From Roscoff, take D58 to N12 to N176, following the same route as from St Malo.

If you're coming from Paris, leave the Paris ring road via the A13 and take junction 28. Then, take the N175 towards St Maclou. Before reaching St Maclou, turn onto the N178 towards Pont de Tancarville. From there, take the D312 towards Conteville and Berville. The cottages are located just before the church in Berville sur Mer.

For local directions from the Pont de Normandie exit, take the D580 towards Pont Audemer. After approximately 1 mile, turn left at the roundabout onto the D312. This road will lead you to Berville sur Mer. Look for the sign indicating Ferme du Chalet on the left just before entering the village. In case you miss this sign, you can also take the first left after the village entrance sign. The residence is located 500m down the road, immediately before and to the right of the church.

If you're arriving at Beauvais airport, leave the airport and head towards Beauvais. Then, take the N31 west towards Rouen. Continue through Rouen, heading for the A13 motorway. Take the motorway west towards Honfleur and Deauville. Leave at junction 28 and follow the same directions as mentioned earlier: take the N175 towards St Maclou, then N178 towards Pont de Tancarville. Finally, take the D312 towards Conteville and Berville. The cottages are situated just before the church in Berville sur Mer.
