This gite, originally designed for 4 people, can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. It boasts a bright and sunny atmosphere with stunning views of the garden and a private lake.The gite features:
- A fully equipped kitchenette with modern appliances such as a fridge, electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster.
- A spacious dining room and lounge area with a TV and DVD player. There is also a sofa bed available to accommodate an additional 2 guests.
- A cozy bedroom with a comfortable double bed (160cm) and a charming fireplace. This room also includes a sitting area with a sofa that can sleep 2 more people.
- A well-appointed bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.
- Amenities such as an iron and ironing board, communal washing machine, and group wifi.
- Outdoor facilities include garden furniture, a barbecue area, and a shared playground. Additional games can be requested upon arrival.

The field can be found in the village of Berric campaign. It is conveniently located just 6 km from the RN 165 exit (Nantes Brest), allowing for easy access. Within a short 20-minute drive, you can reach various attractions such as valves and the Gulf of Morbihan, the beautiful beaches of Damgan and Muzillac, the Presquîle Rhuys, the charming Rochefort-en-Terre with its "Little Town of Character" designation, as well as numerous walking trails in the country and around Questembert.
