The villa features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with plenty of cupboard space. It includes 4 electric plates with a cooker hood, as well as a coffee maker and kettle. Cutlery for 8 people can be easily arranged on the table, which has an extension for additional space.The living room boasts a cozy fireplace with firewood and beautiful beams. It opens up to a large terrace facing south, through a glass door with double glazing. The terrace is enclosed with a glass wall, ensuring safety for children. Outdoor furniture is strategically placed around the barbecue for convenience.
A corridor leads to the "sleeping" area, where you will find the bathroom and two bedrooms with twin beds. One of the bedrooms opens up to a southeast-facing pergola, offering a picturesque view through a large picture window with double glazing.
The bathroom is equipped with two sinks, an electric towel dryer, and a shower-bath. Storage drawers are available, and a tiled worktop between the towel rail and bath serves as a convenient space for baby necessities.
Electric heating is available throughout the villa. The third bedroom, facing west, is furnished with two single beds. Additionally, there is a sofa bed that can accommodate two people in the living room.
On the ground floor, there is a pool surrounded by a large terrace. The pool area is secured by wrought iron gates and is naturally sheltered from winds and prying eyes. This area is inaccessible to young children for their safety.
The property offers a garage for one car and private parking space for three cars. Please note that there is a separate studio on the garden level occupied by the owner, which is independent from the rental part of the villa.
