Description for B&B:

La Source du Vallon is a charming accommodation option in Salles la Source, Aveyron, offering four spacious and uniquely designed bedrooms. Salles-la-Source itself is a delightful village with a population of approximately 2000 residents, encompassing an expansive area of 7,800 hectares.

Our house boasts an ideal location, situated between the renowned villages of Conques (25km away) and Rodez (11km away). Conques is widely recognized as one of the most beautiful villages in France, featuring its remarkable abbey and captivating stained glass artwork by Soulages. Meanwhile, Rodez is a Land of art and history, showcasing a multitude of monuments and sites, including the magnificent Gothic cathedral and prestigious museums such as Soulages, Denys Puech, and Fenaille.

During the summer, guests can unwind in our 600m2 garden and appreciate the stunning views it offers. In the winter months, relaxation awaits in the cozy lounge by a warm and comforting fire. Additionally, our property includes a courtyard and terrace overlooking the garden, providing panoramic vistas of the surrounding landscapes. The garden is adorned by the presence of the river le créneau, originating from the Grande Cascade.

For a delightful experience, make sure to visit the Sunday morning market in Marcillac before heading to Conques, where you can indulge in the world's best ham (Philippe Da Silva) and savor its exquisite flavors.
