Located in a serene and secluded area, our guest house, "The Chabetaine," offers a tranquil escape. Set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Ardennes forest, you will wake up to the melodious songs of birds and have the opportunity to explore peaceful walking paths. Our newly constructed wooden house is not only energy-efficient but also built with ecological materials, adhering to the principles of Feng Shui.

We offer three bright and spacious double rooms, each with its own unique charm. The Aurore room faces the sunrise, the Zenith room basks in the midday sun, and the Twilight room offers a view of the enchanting sunset. Whichever room you choose, you will have a private south-facing terrace, providing a respite and a chance to marvel at the surrounding nature.

The Aurore room features twin beds with a high-quality, eco-friendly memory foam mattress. The Zenith room boasts a large double bed with a classic spring mattress on adjustable slats. The Twilight room offers a spacious double bed with an ecological, vegetable-based Coco Bamboo boxspring mattress. All our rooms include a private bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, towels, and toiletries. You will also find a hairdryer and essential bathroom products.

Step outside onto your sheltered south-facing terrace and enjoy panoramic views of the countryside and forest. Inside, you can unwind with a flat-screen TV and cable access, as well as high-speed internet via both a plug and WiFi. The entire house is equipped with a mechanical ventilation system, an alarm, and fire detection system. The large triple glazed windows provide ample natural light and tranquility.

Please note that our guest house is a non-smoking establishment. We offer free parking and a garage for bicycles and motorcycles, and we provide walking maps and tourist guides to help you explore the area. If you are traveling with a baby, we can accommodate a cot upon prior request for an additional fee of €50.00 per stay.

As pet lovers, we have a friendly Labrador dog and cat on the ground floor of the house. Additionally, you may catch a glimpse of a neighboring horse in the adjacent meadow.

Each room is newly furnished, flooded with natural light, and boasts excellent sound insulation due to the use of natural cellulose and wood fiber insulation materials.
