Welcome to our charming gite located in the heart of the Loire castles and just a few steps away from the famous Beauval zoo. Our lovely 3-star house is situated in a peaceful corner, only 800 meters from the medieval city of Saint Aignan. Our property boasts a spacious independent garden area, covering 400 m² and surrounded by a secure fence.

There are plenty of outdoor activities available for you to enjoy, including hiking, trekking, paddle boating, and canoeing. Every Saturday morning, a delightful walk awaits you in this medieval town.

Our house comfortably accommodates 4 to 5 persons and offers a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, bouloir, toaster, coffee maker, and microwave. You will also find a cozy dining room with a sofa bed and TV. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a child's bed measuring 140/200 and 90/165 respectively. The bathroom includes a toilet and washing machine for your convenience. Additionally, we provide WiFi and baby accessories upon request.

We happily welcome pets for an additional fee of 20 euros per animal.

Our rates are as follows:

- 155 euros for a weekend stay (from Saturday to Saturday)
- 295 euros for a full week
- 320 euros per week during the high season

We are also open to renting the property upon request, subject to availability. We accept holiday vouchers as a form of payment.

Additional services available include a cleaning fee of 28 euros, a sheet package priced at 9 euros per bed, and bath towels at 5 euros per person.
