This gite offers a spacious and comfortable stay for up to 8 people, with a total area of 53 square meters. It features 2 bedrooms - the first bedroom includes a cozy double bed, while the second bedroom offers 2 single beds in a bunk style, with an additional mezzanine area featuring a double bed.The living area is located in front of a charming fireplace and includes a double sofa bed for extra sleeping arrangements. A dining area and an open kitchen are also available for guests to enjoy. The gite provides a convenient shower and a separate toilet for added comfort.
Outside, guests can relax on the terrace furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors. During the summer season, guests also have access to a swimming pool for refreshing dips.
Additionally, there is a separate studio on the first floor of our house, offering an independent access. With an area of 23 square meters, it includes a kitchenette, a dining area, and a comfortable double bed. The studio also provides a separate toilet and a shower. Guests can enjoy the stunning view of the valley from the 13 square meter terrace.

Directions
To reach Lamastre from Saint Peray, follow the signs for Lamastre on road D 533. After traveling for 9 kilometers, turn right after passing "lauberge du Pin" onto "chemin de Bellevue" towards "Gites la Grange." The Gites in this area are located 20 minutes away from Valence and 10 minutes away from Saint Péray.
