The ground floor of this charming gite features a spacious living room measuring 50 m², with a lovely terrace that opens up to the south and an additional covered patio to the east. Within the living room, you will find a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a comfortable lounge area with a TV. The ground floor also includes a delightful double bedroom (with a 140 bed) that offers a French window overlooking the garden, along with a dedicated bathroom and toilet.Moving upstairs, you will discover three separate sets, each consisting of a cozy double bedroom. Two of these bedrooms are furnished with single beds (80), while the third boasts a double bed (140). Each bedroom is accompanied by its own private bathroom and toilet. The gite comfortably accommodates up to eight people, and if needed, we can also provide a cot for an additional guest.
Surrounded by a beautiful, unfenced wooded park spanning 5000 m², this gite is a perfect retreat for leisurely strolls and peaceful nature walks. Moreover, the idyllic countryside in the vicinity offers numerous opportunities for scenic rides. Golf enthusiasts will be delighted to find the "Blue Green" golf course, which offers 18 holes less than 2 km away. Additionally, the gite's location provides easy access to the many attractions of Vexin and serves as a gateway to the enchanting region of Normandy.

Directions
Take the exit labeled "Epône Gargenville" and at the end of the exit ramp, turn left towards "Epône Mézières". Continue until you reach the traffic lights, then turn right towards "Mantes".
Continue on this road for a few kilometers until you reach the third traffic light. At the traffic light, turn left towards "Guerville". You will pass through a hamlet called "The Beaver" and just after that, turn left and start ascending towards "La Plagne, Fresnel, The Big Ground".
As you climb through the hamlet of "La Plagne", continue towards "Fresnel". Once you reach the plateau, the road will no longer ascend. When the road starts to slightly descend and you see a sign that says "Fresnel", turn right immediately.
Keep following the road as it descends. At the first intersection, turn right. The sign indicating "The Big Ground" is located inside the turn and may be difficult to spot upon arrival. Therefore, pay attention to the sign on the right side of the road, indicating that the path you have taken is a dead end.
Once on this small road, you will come across a red painted cast iron fire hydrant on your left. After a few hundred meters, turn left and follow the road. You will pass a tennis court on your left and continue following the slightly right-leaning path.
When you reach the end of the road, you will see parking spaces in front of you. Congratulations, you have arrived! The cottage is the last house on the road, on your right. Enjoy your stay!
