The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds and one double bed. Additionally, there is a clic clac sofa bed available if needed.

The house comes equipped with various utensils and dishes, a coffee maker, microwave and conventional oven, toaster, electric kettle, food processor, washing machine, aerothermal heating, and a 70 cm TV.

Outside, there is a courtyard, lawn, garden table and chairs, and sun loungers.

This property is available for rent throughout the year, whether for a month, a week, or a weekend (reservation required).

Rates are as follows:
- October to April: 200€ per week
- September, May, and June: 270€ per week
- July and August: 340€ per week
- Weekend rates range from 120€ to 180€ depending on the period.
