There are also 3 bathrooms for convenience. The villa is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, TV, and internet access.

One of the highlights of this villa is the veranda, offering a stunning sea view, which leads out onto a spacious wooden deck. Additionally, there are two other shady terraces on either side of the villa. The property sits on a large 1300m2 garden with fruit trees.

Vincendo beach is within walking distance, only a 20-minute stroll, or a 5-minute drive away. This beautiful beach features several small coves with black sand. Please note that swimming is allowed but not supervised.

Nearby, you can explore the Rivière Langevin and lava flows.

The price for this villa is as follows:
- Outside of school holidays: 490 euros per week
- During school holidays: 560 euros per week
- Weekend option (arrival on Friday, departure on Sunday): 290 euros
