Description:

Description for B&B:

Since 2016, Aurélie has been welcoming guests to a charming, typically Perigourdine mansion that dates back to the late 18th century. Located between Terrasson (35 km), Périgueux (25 km), Montignac (20 km), and Sarlat (45 km), this house offers a central location for exploring the main tourist attractions of the Dordogne region. It is conveniently situated just a few kilometers from the A89 highway, making it an ideal stopover for those traveling during the holidays.

The house features three remarkable and romantic guestrooms, which are spacious and comfortable. These rooms are accredited by Gite de France (3 épis) and Clévacances (3 clés), ensuring a high standard of quality. Each room can accommodate up to three or four people and is equipped with its own private bathroom or shower room, complete with a sink and toilet. The beds (160x200) are of excellent quality, and the extra beds are equally comfortable. Additionally, each room provides a table, chair, armchairs, wardrobe, and shelves for your convenience.

Two of the rooms are located on the first floor and share a common lounge area with a TV, fridge, coffee machine, and kettle. The room on the ground floor has an independent entrance and is equipped with a TV, coffee machine, and kettle. It is specially designed to accommodate individuals with reduced mobility, featuring grab bars in the walk-in shower and toilet, as well as ample space for wheelchair circulation.

For younger children, we offer a cot, high chair, bath, and bottle warmer upon request, free of charge. Our swimming pool is open from approximately June 15th to September and is secured with an alarm and fence. The parking area can accommodate up to three cars and is well-lit for your safety.

A delicious breakfast is included in the room rate and can be enjoyed from 8:00 to 10:00 in the dining room on the ground floor or outside on the terrace, weather permitting. The breakfast consists of pastries, bread, cereals, cheese, charcuterie, homemade jam, yogurt, fruits, juice, coffee, tea, ricoré, and chocolate.

In the evening, upon reservation, Aurélie offers a traditional Perigourdine table d'hôtes. Alternatively, guests are welcome to bring their own picnic, as we provide a toaster, microwave, fridge, and dishes in the dining room for your convenience.

Appréciations pour Au Pays De Jacquou, Fossemagne:

une belle adresse
Review by: LANGLOIS Marie-Paule, Fev 27 2018 12:47PM
