This apartment is situated in a building with a shared garden. It features a spacious living room with a dining area and lounge, which includes a sofa that can accommodate two additional guests. The equipped kitchen opens up to the living room, while a hallway leads to the bedroom with a comfortable bed measuring 160x200. The apartment has been completely renovated and furnished with new furniture.

Please note that the minimum rental period is one week. The price ranges from 350 to 550 per week, depending on the season and electricity consumption during the heating period. Additionally, local taxes are included in the price and the beds will be made prior to your arrival. Linens for the bathroom and kitchen will also be provided. If needed, we can also provide a baby cot, high chair, and bath upon request.

Directions

To get here, you can take one of the four North/South routes (Saint Malo/Rennes). Alternatively, you can arrive by TGV train, with a direct route from Paris Montparnasse. As you approach the destination, make sure to head towards the center of Saint Servan. From there, continue towards the Solidor tower. The street you're looking for, Glorioux, is located 300 meters to the left of the Solidor tower.
